About My Building Plans, Designs, Extensions & Me

I am a design engineer with a very broad base of experience, from machines to structures and individual components within.
I have redeveloped many properties for myself and friends along the way, spreading by word of mouth until I became redundant on 15th April 2009.
I then decided to turn my sideline into my main business, I placed a small add in the local papers which generated a few jobs and more word of mouth work.
I have been designing properties over the past 40 years as a side line, it is now my main line, I am an independent operating alone, I give a unique one to one service providing flexibility and efficiency, adaptable to achieve your needs and wants.
I am not restricted to 9 till 5, I do most of my visits evenings and weekends. I will fit in with your time frame.
I will de-stress the whole activity for you, guiding you through the rules and regulations making it simple and effortless. I am always available to answer any queries.
My fees are probably the lowest arounds as my overheads are very low. I usually split the job and the fees into 2 parts, 1st the planning application and 2nd the building regulations.
